Ingredients
12 won ton wrappers
1 lb ground round
1/2 onion, diced
1 jar salsa
2 T taco seasoning
cooking spray
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
Directions
In a medium skillet brown the meat and add the onion. Drain excess fat. Add the salsa and taco seasoning. Stir well. Simmer on low for 10 minutes.
Push a won ton wrapper into each muffin tin. Spray wontons lightly with cooking spray. Sprinkle wrappers evenly with garlic powder and cumin. Add 1 heaping Tablespoon of meat to each wonton. Bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and top with cheese.
Pop tacos out of the muffin tins and serve with sour cream, salsa, lettuce, etc.

I've made something similar, but wrapped the meat in the won ton egg roll style and then baked it. Was a hit with the kids! These look fun also!
