Nancy's Nutty Oven Fried Chicken

Nutty Oven Fried Chicken
 
1 cup biscuit mix
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 poultry seasoning
1/2 rubbed sage
1/3 c finely chopped pecans
5-6 chicken breasts
1/2 c evaporated milk
1/3 c margarine or butter, melted
 
Combine biscuit mix, seasonings and pecans: mix well.
 
Dip chicken in milk, coat generously with pecan mixture.
 
Place in a lightly greased 9x1392 inch baking pan.
 
Drizzle butter over chicken.
 
Bake uncovered at 350 for one hour - or until done.
