3. steamed broccoli
4. rolls
5. apple slices
-------------------------------------------
CHEESEBURGER MEATLOAF AND SAUCE
1 lb. ground beef
1 t. seasoning (garlic powder, black pepper, and salt mixed)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. crushed crackers (like Ritz)
2 slices white bread
Preheat over to 350. Mix all ingredients together, except the slices of
bread. Shape into a loaf. Line a 1 1/2-qt. loaf pan with the bread slices
(this soaks up the excess grease/juice). Place meatloaf on top of bread.
Bake loaf for 45 minutes. Discard bread when meat is removed from oven.
SAUCE
1 (10-3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1-1/2 cups grated Cheddar
chopped onions, optional
Heat soup and milk over medium heat; add the cheese. Add the chopped onions
to the sauce, if desired. Pour sauce over meatloaf or pass at table.
