1 can creamed corn
1 can regular corn
1 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 box jiffy cornbread mix
1/2 stick melted butter
Preheat oven to 400
Mix first 5 ingredients together in baking dish
Bake for 30 mins - then pour melted butter over the top and let cook for additional 30 mins
